When I moved to Seattle, I started working early mornings, and coffee became part of my daily ritual.

Instead of buying it, I started experimenting with brewing my own. What began as necessity slowly became obsession.

Over years of experimenting with pressure, heat, and extraction, I developed a process that eventually became Diamond Brew.

The result is a smooth, full-bodied coffee that still reflects the character of each bean. Dark and roasty. Bright and fruity. Somewhere in between.
